Row Down the Ladder

4 Rounds

Row 500 Meters
21 Push Press

Row 500 Meters
18 Push Press

Row 500 Meters
15 Push Press

Row 500 Meters
12 Push Press

If you do not have a Row Machine substitute 400 Meter Run.
Alternative Scale for Push Press (15,12,9,6)

Use 115 Pounds if you are able. Scale down if necessary to a weight that allows you to progress throughout the workout.

Choose Weight that allows you to do first set with some difficulty.
