5 Rounds

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Air Squats

Rest 3 minutes between rounds.

Either use continuous clock and subtract 12 minutes from total time for rest periods or time rounds separately and add times of 5 rounds together for total time.
