Four Bars of Death

Workout done with a 45 pound bar as part of a team of two.

Reps cut in half as a single and carry a 20 pound kettle bell during the run.

The bar should not touch the ground throughout the workout but is passed back and forth between partners.

4 Rounds

40 Thrusters
40 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
40 Overhead Squats
40 Push Press
400 Meter Run with the bar or kettle bell
