50 Box Jump
50 Pull Ups
50 Kettle Bell Swing (35 pounds)
50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Press (45 pounds)
50 Back Extension (Substitute Supermans)
50 Wall Ball
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders (150 Singles)

Filthy 25 or less is recommended for new Crossfitters on duty.
