Tabata
8 Rounds
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Air Squats
Tabata = Do the exercise for 20 seconds, rest for 10 = 1 Round
Do all 8 Rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next.
Count Reps for each round of each exercise and post total on
