Tabata Mash Up

Tabata: Perform 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds

Set 1
Exercise A - Dumbbell Thrusters (35#/20# pairs)
Exercise B - Push Ups

Rest 4 Minutes

Set 2
Exercise C - Box Jumps
Exercise D - Kettlebell Swings (55#/35#)

do as many reps as you can of exercise a in 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds.
then do as many reps of exercise b in 20 seconds rest for 10 seconds thats 1 round.
continue for 8 rounds

Rest 4 minutes

then do set 2 exercises.
