First Day in the Attic


Fun first day at "The Attic Gym!" We had a few SVFD personnel down for a workout. BFD and Stan you guys did a great job with the workout. It was harder than it looked on the whiteboard thats for sure:
10 Rounds:
5 Burpees
5 Push Press
5 Jumping Lunges
5 Pull ups
Modified versions were to do push ups for the burpees, regular lunges for the jumping lunges and of course dropping the total rounds for your fitness levels. Next open gym day will be Thursday with classes at 0600 and 0830.
