

10 Rounds:
5 Burpees
5 Push Press
5 Jumping Lunges
5 Pull ups
Modified versions were to do push ups for the burpees, regular lunges for the jumping lunges and of course dropping the total rounds for your fitness levels. Next open gym day will be Thursday with classes at 0600 and 0830.
This was way harder than it looked. At least I was the first guy to finish last.
