Spartan



25 Pullups
50 Deadlifts with 135 pounds
50 Push Ups
50 Box Jumps
50 Floor Wipers
50 Kettlebell Snatch with 35 pounds
25 Pull Ups

Wipers = Lie on the floor and grasp the 135 Barbell with straight arms. Start with your feet in the center, keeping your legs straight lift both of your legs and touch the left plate with your feet, come back to center and touch the ground, then do the same on the right. That is one rep.
