400 Meter Run (Responding)

Reps 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

Pull Ups (Extend the ladder)
Box Jumps (Climb the Ladder)
Hammer the Tire (on each side) (Force Entry/Vent)
Search Drill (Search)
Dumbell Thrusters (Overhaul)

Search Drill = 5 paces Dumbell Bear Crawl then using the dumbells do 1 T-push up right and 1 T-push up left = 1 Rep.
