Don't forget about Station 8

Just wanted to give everyone a reminder about the gym at Station 8 and also the new gym at Station 1. Lets put these things to use again. A couple of the new guys have said they are wanting to go to one of the gyms when they get off shift to get a workout in. Lets encourage them and make them feel comfortable. Don't let those 10 weeks of hard work and knowledge slip away.
