6 Round Alternating Tabata of

Dumbbell Thruster
Push Ups
Jumping Jacks

With a running clock do 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest of the three exercises.
So it will be:
20 seconds of thrusters
10 seconds rest
20 Seconds of push ups
10 seconds rest
20 seconds of jumping jacks
10 seconds rest
and then repeat for a total of 6 rounds.
Keep track of all reps and post total reps for the work out.

Cool Down: 100 single jump ropes.
