Todays workout took full advantage of the great facility we have! Grab your favorite medicine ball and lets go!!
2 rounds:
On floor #5 do 25 Kettle Bell Swings.
Grab your pet med ball and run down to floor #4.
Floor #4 set the med ball down, pick up a jump rope and perform 150 single jumps.
Grab your pet med ball and run down to floor #1.
Floor #1 drop your med ball and pick up the sledge hammer. 25 swings per side on the tire.
Next grab you pet med ball and run around the field house floor 3 times.
Then do 10 Half moons with the med ball per side.
Then run up to floor #5 and do it again.
