Happy Birthday Attic 2-3-11

Skill: 25 weighted situps
15 Strict Pullups (yeah we do them too)

WOD: 3 Rounds
10 per side 1 arm KB Swings
20 Shoulder Press 75# (Keen 65#)
10 per side windmills
10 per side windshield wipers
100 jump ropes or 30 double unders

Cool Down: Stretch and roll on lacrosse ball!
