Skill: Review rowing technique

WOD: 4 Rounds of:
100' Farmers Carry (W-35#/ M-53#)
10 (20 per side) Half moons
Down stairs to main floor + 10 Burpees + up stairs
10 Push Press (w-65#/ M-95#)

Cool Down: 200 Abs/core
Foam Roller
Static stretching
