3 Alarm

3 Rounds:
Floor 5 - 15 Pull ups then 15 Kb Swings
Floor 4 - 150 Jump Ropes
Floor 3 - 15 Lunges per side
Main Floor - 5 Tire Flips then 1 lap around Field house then 15 Burpees

2 Alarm
3 Rounds
Floor 5 - 10 Pullups then 10 KB Swings
Floor 4 - 100 Jump Ropes
Floor 3 - 10 lunges per side
Main Floor - 3 Tire Flips then 1 lap then 10 Burpees

1 Alarm
2 Rounds
Floor 5 - 10 pullups then 10 KB Swings
Floor 4 - 100 Jump Ropes
Floor 3 - 10 Lunges per side
Main Floor - 2 Tire Flips then 1 lap then 10 Burpees
