5 Rounds of...

Db Complex
5 suitcase deadlifts
5 hang cleans
5 thrusters
5 push jerks

This is not timed!!! Take your time have good form. Start with a light weight and every round grab a heavier set of dumbbells. 25s then 30s then 35 etc.....
